Title: A poem with a meaning.

( Thankfully this isn't true.)

Under the stairs were it's dusty and black,
Sits a whimpering puppy wrapped in a sack.
The owners forgot he was ever there,
Nobody loves him,
Nobody cares.
He tries to call out with a withering call,
But nobody hears the poor little soal.
For they got him for christmas when he was small,
But now he's grown older they don't care at all.
Each breath he takes his life is at state,
But when they find him it'll be too late.
Cause 2 months later when it's christmas once more,
They go to the stairs and open the door,
There lies the poor pup,
Lifeless but sore.

He never lived to see daylight again,
Cause all his life was were misery and shame.
