2. Jigglypiff - Evolves to Wigglytuff.

5. Squirtle
Jacob's Pokémon:
1. Bulbasaur - Starter. Doesn't Evolve.
2. Charmander - Evolves all the way to Charizard
3. Squirtle - Evolves to Blastoise.
4. Sandslash
5. Pidgeotto - Evolves to Pidgeot.
