Title: Fashion Design(part one)

Fashion designing.

Basics part 1.

To design clothes you will need
An imagination
A pen and pencil
Some coloured pencils and pens
A plain A4(roughly can be A5) notebook
Someone who can sew if you want to make actual clothes.(I don't as I acn not sew and prefer the desgining anyway!)

Fashion basics-how to sort out teh right designs for people.

Fashion can be very important reflecting how our idols wil dress. The best designs are simple but detailed.
When colouring you must note the skin type it suits and doesn't same and do the same with hair.
You should design for all sorts of figures.
The main shapes of people are:
Curvy-suit stripes and non clingy trousers. Black is great too.
Petite-Hipster jeans and gypsy tops or tight tops.
Thin-Tight or baggy clothes, non dlingy jeans as they can make thighs look big.
If designing for yourself this is easy.
Complexions and hairnow.
Darker skinned with dark hair-suit anything.
Dark skinned with *blonde hair-suit everything.
Olive/tanned skin and dark hair-Like myself. I suit most colours likr black. Blues and greens are okay on me but I don't liek much yellow. Dark colours make you look slimmer and great.
Tanned and blonde-Light pastel colours and a few dark. Pretty versatile.
that is it for now.

Next part soon on hwo to draw them and what can yuo draw?

*light coloured hair too
