Another Chance
I thought I'd never see you again,
I thought you were gone forever,
But suddenly you're here,
And I don't know why.
Now you're always on my mind,
I can't stop thinking about you.
Can you believe it's been two years
Since we last saw each other?
I remember how silly you were,
Always messing around,
But you always had that sweet side.
You were so much fun to be with.
I realize now how much I miss you,
How much you mean to me.
I don't want to let you go again.
Those few minutes we talked
Were my moments of happiness.
I wish you could always be here,
And never again leave.
So many things to say,
Yet, not enough time.
You've changed a little too,
But you are still the one I remember.
How I miss you.
You were so funny.
I wish we could have talked longer,
Now I feel that I shall
Never see you again.
I missed my chance.
But I wish you could know how
Much I thought about you
In the time you were gone,
And even now,
My mind never stops.
I wonder how you are,
What you've been doing.
I want you to tell me everything,
And I want to do the same.
I hope one day soon,
We will meet again,
And I can tell you how much I
Miss you and how I've
Thought about you so many times.
Come back, please,
Give me another chance.
