Title: The Chinese Fireball

Chapter Three

It was 11:30 a.m. on Saturday and Sylvia was preparing for her long journey. Kira, however, was reading up on dragons, and what to do when they found them.
Dragons eat flowers, worms and ants, but their favorite food is three-headed frogs, she read. They drink nectar and water and are very scared of the light. The rarest of all has a very valuable rock called a Pyrothis on its forehead. 'Well, I don't want a Pyrothis,' Kira thought, 'I just wasn't to take some pictures and try to become friends.' Then she noticed the time, so quickly grabbed her bike and rode over to Sylvia's house.

Chapter Four
'Sylvia! Sylvia! Sorry I'm late.'
'That doesn't matter. Look!' Sylvia was holding up a scrunched piece of paper.
'Why do we need a scrunched piece of paper?' Kira asked.
Sylvia unfolded the paper. 'I found it in my Grandfather's book. It's a map to show us where the rarest of dragons called the Chinese Fireball can be found. It has a very valuable rock called a Pyretic on its forehead......'
'I read about that this morning,' Kira interrupted.
'Then let's get going,' Sylvia went on. 'I'll tell you more on the way. But how are we going to get there? According to the map, the place where it lives is called Sandy Breath and it's upteen miles away, so we need a vehicle that doesn't use gas.'
'I know,' Kira said, 'how about we ride our bikes.'
'Sounds fine to me, but we had better bring some food and water. And it wouldn't hurt to bring a bicycle pump and some extra tires, too.'
'Okay, let's hit the road!'
