Title: MEMORY

MY MIND LET'S GO MANY THINGS
LIKE THINGS YOU NEVER THOUGHT I'D THINK
BUT I NEVER COULD FORGET THAT OLD PECAN TREE.
(IT WAS OUR FAVORITE SITTING SPOT)AND THE WAY WE USED TO TALK, JUST YOU AND ME.
YOU TOLD ME YOU WOULD NEVER LEAVE ME.
BUT,THAT TURNED OUT TO BE JUST MY MEMORY.

I HOPED SOMEDAY YOU'D COME BACK FOR ME.
YEARS HAVE GONE AND YEARS HAVE COME.
I MISS YOU LIKE YOU PROBABLY MISS ME.
I KNOW THAT NOTHING CAN BRING YOU BACK BUT I WISH THAT GOD COULD CHANGE THAT.
