The room is silent
not a creature awaits
the stairway leading
up to the akre layk
not a soul has stepped footed
in the abandoned room
not even a whisper
since 1862
people have died
miracles occured
over the years
the timing grows
what's inside?
you'd like to know
thousands of dreams
from long long ago
pieces of art
abandoned there
bit's of timber
and old chairs
it was the first building
to have sucseeded
to have the first stare
from people everywhere
the tresures they're built
and kept for years
all reminders
go in the room
now it's quiet
filled with joy back then
it hasn't died away
doesn't mean it can
The akre Layk is still standing 2day
in my dreams of hope and joy
visit this place only at night
and you will break the rule of 1862!
