'Lucy!!!' Mary rung out at the top of her voice. 'Luc...'
'What?' Lucy snapped back.
'Where's my pink top?'
'What pink top?' Lucy asked innocently.
'What pink top? You know exactly what pink top I’m talking about. The pink one! The brand new one! The one you just absolutely had to wear to your date with Shane.'
'Oooh.' Lucy said smugly.
'Yes, that pink top. Where is it?” Mary asked impatiently.
'Um...let me see. I think it might be...no...you know...'
'Lucy! I don't have all day!' Mary yelled.
'Okay, okay.' Lucy walked over to the drawer, picked up a pink short sleeve shirt and threw it at Mary. 'Happy now?'
'Sure am.' Lucy shook her head and walked to the door but then she stopped.
'You're not wearing that out on your date with Barney are you?' she asked concerned.
'Gee, now what do you think?' she asked sarcastically. 'Of course i am and i bought it for this date if you remember correctly and NOT for you to be wearing around to...where did you go again?'
'I suggest you don't wear it.'
Mary looked at her awkwardly, stopping her application of lipstick.
'Now why would you say that?'
'Nothing...well, it's just that it looks a bit...a bit small on you...at the hips.' Mary inspected herself in the mirror frantically.
