Title: A Dinosaur Cave
I was just exploring a cave with my friends Brent and Krista when the floor started to cave in! Brent and Krista got away, but I fell through. I fell and fell through the darkness, and landed in some soft grass. I was wondering what grass was doing in a cave when I heard a trumpeting noise behind me. I turned, expecting to see elephants, but no! There was a herd of Parasaurolophus eating grass! I thought I was dreaming, but no; it was real! I kept walking, and soon I saw some Triceratops drinking some underground water. They saw me, and one of them made a strange snort-roar noise. Soon a small Gallimimus came running up to us. 'What's the matter, Cera?' the Gallimimus asked. Cera snorted and looked at me. 'Oh, an outsider! Hello, creature. Who and what are you?' the Gallimimus asked me. 'I'm Melissa, a human. There's lots of humans like me out of this cave! Who are you?' I replied. 'I'm Gail,' the Gallimimus told me, 'and welcome to our cave. When that meteor was going to hit 65 mya (million years ago), we found this cave and took refuge. But most of us didn't make it here in time.' Soon I had to go, and Gail helped me find the exit. I said bye to Gail, and ran to tell everybody about the dinosaur cave that I found.
