Title: That's okay

I know that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but sometimes I get really upset when people put down the Harry Potter books (or the movie) and then compare them to Lord of the Rings. I have a friend who is a mega huge Lord of the Rings fan, and I'm okay with that. We're not gonna stop geing friends just because we have a diferent opinion of things. It's just that, I tried to read the Hobbit, but I thought it just went on and on and on. I couldn't find anything in there that really grabbed my attention. Not like the Harry Potter books. I understand that everyone views things in a different way. That's what opinion's all about. People can be completely different from someone else, but like the same thing as you. You should get to know that person a little bit better, and then you might see that you're not as different as you thought you were. That's how people make friends sometimes. See how important opinion is?
