Obveously he had already met Pansy Parkinson because as soon as he fell she came running over and cooed,'Oh, Draco are you okay?' 'Yeah, I'm fine,' he said to Pansy. Then he turned and spat at me,'No thanks to you.' After he had said that I turned and walked towards Harry and Ron. Just after I started laughing, Malfoy walked over to Harry and said, 'Hi, I'm Malfoy. Draco Malfoy.' At this Ron snorted and Malfoy said,' Think my name's funny do you? No need to ask your's. Red hair, freckles, and a hand me down robe! You must be a Weasley.' Then he turned back to Harry.'You'll find that some wizard families are better than others, Potter. I can help you there.' He put his hand out for Harry to shake after he had finished.'I think I can tell the wrong sort for myself, thanks.' At this Ron and I smiled at eachother. We both knew that Harry would have nothing to do with Malfoy. Malfoy glared at Harry and then walked away. Then the professor came back and said that they were ready for us to come in. As we walked into the Great Hall, all the other first year students were ooooing and ahhhhing. I just walked on, not noticing anything. I was much too scared to notice the starry ceiling or all the candles that were floating in the air. All I could think about was what house I was going to be sorted into. As the professor started calling students up, I did notice something. The more students she called the tighter my stomach got. Finally, it was my turn. I walked up, put the hat on ,and sat there waiting for the hat to say something, like 'Slytherin'. I could almost hear it belowing SLYTHERIN at the top of it's voice when.......
