Title: Foggy Day

The dew covers the grass as if a blanket of white snow.
The hanging water drops are held by an invisible wire.
The landscape is misty giving a ghostly feeling.
Water drops cling to things like a blob of gel.
Small drops on leaves look like fine spray.
The fog covers the city so it disappears into thin air.
Flowers look furry but to the touch they are like velvet.
Now the fog will disappear.

A Storyteller Topic - Kids Are Poets Too
Poetry is a great way to express yourself, whether you're feeling down or on top of the world. There are many different types of poems and remember, they don't have to rhyme.
