Title: Courtroom Stupid

Judge: Step up to the bench Mr. Longer.
Lawyer: Mr. Longer, what is your date of birth?
Longer: July 15th.
Lawyer: What year?
Longer: Every year.
Lawyer: I see. Now, How old was your brother,the one that got murderd, the one that was living with you?
Longer: Thirty-eight or thirty-five, I can't remember which.
Lawyer: How long has he lived with you?
Longer: Fourty-five years.
Lawyer: Now was it your younger brother, or your who was murdered?
Longer: My younger brother.
Lawyer: I see, how old was your twenty year old brother?
Longer: 20 years old.
Lawyer: Okay. Okay, when he was murderd was he alone or by himself?
Longer: I don't know.
Lawyer: Judge, I would like to ask the doctor something.
Judge: Fine by me.
Lawyer: Good. Doctor, before you preformed the autopsy, did you chek for a pulse?
Doctor: No.
Lawyer: Blood pressure?
Doctor: No.
Lawyer: Breathing?
Doctor: No.
Lawyer: So is it possible the patient was alive was alive when you began the autopsy?
Doctor: No.
Lawyer: How can you be sure doctor?
Doctor: Because his brain was on my desk.
Lawyer: But could he still be alive.
Doctor: Yes, it is possible that he could have alive and practicing law somewhere.
Lawyer: I rest my case, back to Longer. Now he had three children, right?
Longer: Yes.
Lawyer: How many?
Longer: Three.
Lawyer: How many where boys?
Longer: None.
Lawyer: How many where girls?
Longer: Three.
