Title: Choices

Everything can improve a bit,
Know this but beware,
Choosing correctly will take wit,
If you don't want a scare,

If you're ready, roll the die,
Fate's laughing in your face,
You're taking a risk; I won't lie,
You could lose this race,

The honest question remains,
How badly to do you want more?
Your fate is left to impartial brains,
Who don't bother tabulating score,

But beware foolish mortal,
You just don't know what you want,
Riches are not the portal,
And are not a reward to taunt,

Choose your number wisely,
For this roll may be your last,
Time may freeze and just be,
A tribute to the past,

Fearful human; foolish man,
Do not remain on this spot,
Take the change 'cause you can,
Or you'll regret a lot,

Nothing improves without a risk,
Eventually you'll lose,
Find a bright spot on the disk,
Take advantage while you can still choose,
