Title: A Day in the Life of a television
I stood gazing around the house waiting to be on. Tick tock... tick tock goes the clock. Tick struck the clock to ten thirty a.m. I know that I'm going to be on by Clement tha only one in the family who likes to watch television. He was going to watch 'Pokemon 4'. ' Hey, come here!' Clement called out to his cousins. I was grinning from ear to ear. Finally, I'm going to be watched not just by Clement but also by his cousins. I was very happy. I wonder how I got so popular. ' Maybe there's a miracle '. I thought to myself with a wide grin on my face. Boing...boing goes the ball. Out of the blue, I saw Clement holding a ball and began playing soccer in the house. Shouts can be heard in the house. Kicking and fighting can also be seen right before my eyes and maybe yours too if you are watching the scene. I was terribly disappointed. It breaks my heart to see Clement ignoring me. He would rather play with his cousins than watch his favourite programme 'Pokemon 4'. I was upset and at the same time furious at Clement. I know. I can trick him. Boom! I was distracted by the sound and look around. Nothing wrong. Then, I saw Clement together with his cousins standing at one corner staring at me. I felt puzzled. I looked down. I was damaged, destroyed by Clement and his cousins. Oh drats. I wanted to trick him instead, I got damaged. I was totally damaged from head to toe. I cauld no longer be used again. I was miserable. Knowing that I could neither be used nor be repaired, Clement's parents threw me in the rubbish dump. And for clement, he got reprimanded by his parents. There's where my life as a television ended.
