Title: Wrong Direction
Through the coldness lurking deep,
Evil hiding; watch it creep,
Destroyed minds; lost in wrong,
Visions of power push them along,
Men in countries far away,
Searching for them night and day,
Evil laughs; tears pour out,
So-called friends continue to scout,
FBI and CIA,
Solving things in their own way,
Floods of tears and pain solve none,
All our enemies have a gun,
Nose into the secret files,
Solving this will take a while,
We're looking in the wrong direction,
We're missing the one big connection,
Sugar gets more votes than salt,
Especially when it's 'not our fault,'
Being nosey has its price,
The results aren't very nice,
Crashed down towers; flames of fear,
None our allies wish to be here,
Threats of bombs and crazy men,
Waiting for the time again,
Revenge and hate on our mind,
No one's thought of being kind,
A desperate way of wanting aid?
Powerful men are very afraid,
Fear unites; and breaks apart,
We sit waiting for it to start,
We know the time is coming again,
For enemies to take more men,
Love and prayer, our last chance,
No one gives those even a glance,
We are ready to go to war,
Preparing to kill some more,
More people who are just like you,
The same inside; this is true,
Kill your sisters; kill your brothers,
Just keep going; there's always others,
Stop and think; where have you gone,
Forgotten brain and used brawn,
Love and forget all your hate,
Then all things will be great,
Simple phrase, difficult task,
It can be done; don't ask,
Time will take what it deserves,
Only pure of heart preserves,
Change your ways and change your mind,
This is the future of man kind,
The future is now to shape and create,
Start now and hope it's not too late,
