I new Peter was going to be hard to find, After all he could turn into a rat. I started out that same night. No one knows that Peter and I swapped jobs but Dumbledore knew that I was the first secret Keeper and still thought I was. The ministry would soon be after me as they thought I was in with Lord Voldemort. Hatred was playing on my mind like never before. I wanted to pay Peter back for what he did. I wanted revenge!
I trapped down the ally looking down the sewers as went. The sun had started to rise over head. I looked over my shoulder to godriks hollow knowing that my beast friends body was lying there somewhere. He was innocent! Lilly was innocent! But Lord Voldemort and Peter weren’t I don’t know what happened to Lord Voldemort but I do know about Peter. He would have gone to a muggle town called Watford. I knew this because once he told me that that would be the first place he would go if he didn’t have anywhere else. I set of towards watford, hitch hiking some of the way and walking the rest. After too days I spotted him. I saw him at the white dear pub using the name Aaron Cedric. But what I didn’t know was that I had been spotted myself by Oliver Hornby, a member of the top-secret department from the ministry of magic. I followed Peter out on to the street he started jogging and I walked faster then he reached the corner of the street, it was a dead end. He baked into the sewer as I approached him. I rusted around in my pocket for my wand and pulled it out. Then I cornered him and whispered
“Traitor! How could you? You filthy savaging RAT!”
“Sirius Sir…” he said. Then a wide grin grew on his face. “LILLY AND JAMES SIEIUS. HOW COULD YOU?” He shouted. What? I thought. Then he grabbed my hand and twisted it round in tell I dropped my wand. Then he took it of the ground and placed it behind his back.
“What are you going to do now ‘hay?” he whispered in my ear
“Avada Kedavra!” he shouted. There was a flash of green light and tones of people fell to the floor. Then he put his hand into his inside pocket and puled out something shiny. A knife! With one swipe he cut of his finger and disappeared in to the sewer.
