Title: September 11th, 2001

When I came home, I was shaking. Sitting in front of the Television, thinking, 'While this was happening, I was laughing with my friends. How could I?'
People where losing they're lives as the twin towers shook, debris filled the air, smoke covered the sky line of the big apple. Not in my whole life have I witnessed a terrorist attack so horrible. Over 5,000 lives where lost, and yet I didn't know, until the final death toll was announced. September 11, I'll always remember it. In my first week of school, a distaster strikes, yet no where near me, but always there in my heart.
