~PROLOGUE~
The wind howled under the feirce moon of the night. I stood by the lake,waiting, waiting. for something that would never come to me-Aragorn's heart. My long white gown flowing behind me like a banner, and my hair being tossed around in the wind, as I thought about Arwen. I envied her so. I needed to gain my revenge on her. She had stolen my Aragorn from me...
I saw a figure in the distance, coming forword in a row boat.
This figure did not speak, just kept rowing torwards me. As he approached, I could see he was disguised in a black hood and cape.
'Show yourself.' I demanded.He disobeyed me, and landed on shore right next to me, stepping out of the small boat.
'T'is I, Aragorn. I have come for you, Isabella.'He said, holding his hand out to me. 'Join me in returning home. I beg thee.'
Hiding a smile, I took his hand. Aragorn had come to take me back, just as I had planned. 'Aragorn, why come for me? You love Arwen.'
'Never.' He gestured for me to get in the boat.
I did. And I was the merriest elf in the world. Aragorn loves me! I told myself as we sailed away. 'I am glad thee no longer loves Arwen. For when we return home, I shall...'I paused, waiting to see if he was offended. 'Kill her.' I finished and smiled.
Aragorn dropped his rows and took his sword out. the he sank it into me, and I died with a look of terror and shock on my face.
~CHAPTER 1~
Arwen took the mask and cape off,and looked down at Isabella. How could I have done such a thing? Her consience bothered her. Relax, she told herself, She was going to kill you! She softly covered Isabella with the cape, and rowed home...
