CHAPTER ONE
THE ANOMENES LETTER
Harry Potter turned over in his sleep, troubles brewed in his head. There was a man on the edge of a cliff surrounded by twelve people all in white metal masks. The man laughed a shrill high-pitched laugh that mad Harry shiver. It was the laugh that had hunted Harry's nightmares for exactly four years now. Ever since Harry had found out about the secret of the two people asleep in the room across the hall, Harry had had these horrible nightmares. You see Harry was not a normal boy like the one sleeping next door to him. Harry was a wizard. Fresh from his fourth year at Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry. But even for a wizard he was not as normal as you or I would think. Instead of the usual troubles of a fifteen year old boy such as girls and the up chumming football mach, Harry's troubles where much wears. His troubles where about that laughing man on the cliff top. Lord Voldemort.
Fourteen years ago on Halloween night Lord Voldemort went to Godrics Hollow and murdered Harry’s dad, then turned to Harry’s mum who begged him not to kill Harry and to kill her instead. Voldemort killed Harry's mum and then turned his waned on Harry. Some how Voldemort could not kill him. The curs he shot at Harry rebound on to him. Being horribly weekend by this blunder, Voldemort fled leaving harry with a cut the shape of a bolt of lightning on his for head forever moor.

Harry woke up on the 31st of July to a strange feeling on his ear. He tried to brush it away but it went on. Wen he heard a hoot he opened his eyes and saw two large amber eyes steering down at him
'Hedwig!' he said, suprised. Harry’s owl Hedwig fluttered down on to his lap and dropped a small lumpy parcel. It took a while for Harry to remember that it was his birthday to day. He picked up the parcel and ripped of the packaging to reveal a birthday card and what looked oddly like a minter music box but without the box part. He picked up the card and red:
