Title: Fairly Oddparents: Welcome Welma
'Timmy I need to make an announcement,' said Mom. 'I am going to have a baby girl in a month,' she said. 'I think I will name her Welma,' said Mom. Timmy was surprised and went to his room. He was a big brother! Timmy needed to make a wish. Cozmo and Wanda came and was ready to grant it! 'I wish my little sister was already born,' said Timmy. 'Cozmo and Wanda raised their wands and Timmy heard a crying baby downstairs. 'And I wish she was seventeen and old enough to babysit me instead of Vicky,' said Timmy. Cozmo and Wanda raised their wands and a girl that had black hair and green eyes and a pink hat like Timmy came in. 'Mom and Dad are going out this weekend so I am going to babysit you OK?' asked Welma. 'OK,' said Timmy. Cozmo and Wanda were back in there bowl! Just then Vicky came! UH OH! How was Timmy going to explain to her that his sister turned from 0 to 17 in one day! So he called AJ who knew his secret to come and help him!
