Title: Kacey
Her long blonde hair draped over the red leather sofa. She read a teen magazine and kicked her shoes off lightly and they fell to the floor with a light bang. She looked up and she felt a draft which gave her a shiver down her spine. As the sunlight peaked throught the window her big blue eyes glistens like sapphires. She put her magazine down and headed for the door which was ajar. She opened it more and quietly tiptoed along the corridor. She was given a fright by the phone which rang and the butler ran towards her and picked it up.
'Langworth residents, Jeremy The Butler speaking!' he called down the handset. A few seconds later, Jeremt gave the phone to Kacey, who was beaming with delight.
'Hi Kace! Wanna come into town and get an ice cream sundae?' It was Tim, her long-term boyfriend.
'Sure. I don't like being at Auntie Bess's. It's like we're millionares when we're clearly not. I want to go. I'm running away. Come with me. I'll meet you at Suga Tops. Don't be late.'
