I walked through the river
As you said I would.
You gave me the courage,
That flows through my blood.
You uttered but one word
The sound of your voice.
I wanted to cry but,
I could just rejoice.
Whenever I'm frightened
Whenever I'm sad.
I think of the courage
You said that I had.
