Title: seventh grade
My first day in seventh grade. I kept praying all summer that I would have at least one class with Jordan. I had a crush on him since the 3rd grade, and now was my chance to show him my love, because this was the year that I could date. I walked into homebase.... nope.... he wasn't in my homebase, but my bestfriend Chelsy was. We grabbed seats right next to eachother. We compared classes.... we had three classes together but I really wished I could compare classes with Jordan. Next class... Lanuage arts. He wasn't in there either. How I longed to just see his face, but the next class was Spanish. And guess what? He was there! He sat up front, while I sat in the back. I had a clear view of him. I have never taken Spanish before, but I wanted to make a good impression so he could notice me in a good way. But, my Spanish teacher had to ruin my dream.
'Hola,....' and she went on. Later I knew she was asking me what my name was. I stared at her blankely.
'Si?' I guessed. She could tell that I didn't know what I was talking about and she went on to another person. Jordan looked at me and smiled.
Class was over quickly, because looking at someone you like could really make time fly. He came up to me after class.
'I didin't know you knew Spanish, maybe you could tutor me sometimes?'
'Sure.' He walked off. We had made a date, Tuesday.
Right after school I went to the book store and bought five books on Spanish. I was going to like seventh grade!
