Grizzly and Ginger and the Snake
One day two year old Flora, thirteen year old Benjamin and fourteen year old Alisha went on a walk with their dogs Ginger and Grizzly. They were about to go. The children went out the door and headed to the trail. When they got there, they made sure that there were no snakes on the trail. It was a one and a half trails. Twenty minutes later, they saw something red, yellow and black! Suddenly they quickly ran. One minute later, they stopped and looked back. It was one meter away. Its jaws opened wide, he was ready to attack.
Benjamin mistakenly let go of the leash for Ginger and Grizzly and both went barking at the snake. The snake almost bit the dogs but the dogs kept barking and showing their teeth. They growled loudly and did a show off because they thought they were better. The snake kept hissing and tried to attack.
In the mean time Alisha and Benjamin got big pieces of wood to form “HELP US” on the ground in big letters. Five hours passed. At last, the rescuers in the helicopters arrived to pick them up. The rescuers tried to stop the snake but the snake kept trying to bite the dogs and the rescuers. At least they stopped that awful fight and got the snake in a bag and put the bag in the woods. They left the bag open in the woods. They quickly took the dogs in the helicopter with Benjamin, Alisha and Flora. When they got home, their mom was very worried. It was 6:30 and supper was ready for them. After supper the children were tired and went to bed right away.
