Title: Episode 44: South to the Safari Zone! (Part 1 of 3
After getting the Marsh badge, I checked my town map, and found out that it was time to head towards Fuchsia City. The clouds have totally moved in, and it started to snow, hard. There was no shelter for miles, and the road was slippery. I know that there was a Safari Zone in Fuchsia City, where there was lots of new pokemon, but just thinking about it is no use; I have to get there. The snow intensified quite a bit since we got out of the gym. The left over patches of blue sky were shrinking. 'You know, I think we should go back to the Silph Building we encountered in Saffron City.' Aloha complained. 'What?! This storm is only getting worse. By the time we...' A huge CRACK left us quiet.
Now were starting to fly in the air. The light snow had turned into a blizzard! Only one pokemon could have done this. An Articuno; it had a nest in the Seafoam Islands. 'Arrrrrrrrr!!!!' A sharp scream echoed in the air. It sounded like an Articuno. I saw a small building on the left. I grabed Aloha's coat. 'This way.' I said. We ran as fast as we can to the house before the storm got worse. We slammed the door shut right after we got in. 'Thank goodness that's...' I then realized I was staring at an Articuno. This building was actually Articuno's hiding place. 'Ahhhhhhh!' Krisitn screamed. We hurried upstairs and never went back down. That bird could an attack any second and we'd be doomed. It was started to use an Ice Beam. Why was Articuno hiding? That thought kept popping into my mind. Articuno was a super powerful pokemon. That was what made it precious. Why would it be hiding. Wait! Precious? Team Rocket! How'd they get here so quickly? I had to convince Articuno that we were on his side. I quietly walked downstairs and said to Articuno: 'Were not your enemies. We've beaten Team Rocket like ten times or something. You've got to belive me. We'll help you get rid of that Team Rocket.' Articuno calmed down and the snow became a bit more steadier. Just as when I was going to go upstairs, a Team Rocket member stomped in and furiously said, 'So there you are.' He signaled the other members. 'Grab the net! We're getting ourselves a new Articuno!'
