Title: Ivy's Pokemon Journey (Chapter 4)
As we entered the gym, I had seen a good friend of mine, Juan Castro. He was battling Brock. His Pokemon were a Nidoran Male and a Totodile. Juan had won easily. He had beat Onix with Totodile because Water was strong against Rock and his Nidoran Male had beat Geodude because Nidorans Male and Female both had the Fighting move, Double Kick. 'Hi, Juan. Congratulations,' I greeted. 'How are you today, Ivy?' He asked.
'I'm doing good, Juan. I had caught all six of the Pokemon that I need. I see that you have only two Pokemon.' 'Yes. My Totodile was my first Pokemon and my Nidoran Male was my first catch. I'll be waiting outside when you win.' I knew that Juan was interested in training Poison types and Water types which was why he had a Totodile and a Nidoran Male. I went in there to battle him. 'I see that another challenger has came to battle me. Okay. We will each use two Pokemon in two rounds. I'll go first. GO, Onix!' 'Groooooon!!!!!!!!!' 'Go for it, Atilla!' 'Marill!' 'Onix, Tackle that little Marill!' 'Grooooooon!!!!!!!' BAM! 'Marill!'
'Alright, Atilla, Water Gun on that Onix!'
'MarBlobloblobloblobloblobloblobloblob!!!!!'
'GROOOON!!!!!' THUD! 'Onix, Return. Now, I choose Geodude!' 'Geodude!' 'Come back, Attila! That Geodude is too strong for you! This looks like a job for Spike. Go!' 'Sand, Sandshrew!' 'Spike, Earthquake Attack!'
'Sand-SHREW!!!' Crack! Crack! Crack! Crack!
'GEODUDE!!!!!!!!' THUD! 'Return, Geodude. Okay, Ivy. You win. Here's the Boulder Badge like I promised. Have a good time.' I was happy that I had earned my First Pokemon League Badge. When I came out, Juan was waiting for me. He looked like he really wanted to travel with me. 'Do you want to come with me and Grimm and Atilla, Juan?'
'I'd love to, Ivy. Thanks for asking me.' We both went to the Pokemon Center to get our Pokemon healed. After that was over with, we started out for Mt. Moon.
