Title: My Great Pokemon Journey 214
Episode 214: The Old Rod
Later, further along route 32, we came to a beaten-down house. Tricia said, 'It's the Pokemon Center.' My eyes shifted over to a sign saying PC and nodded. We went inside, where it certainly didn't look broken-down. A man with a hat walked up to us. He said, 'Would you like an old rod?' Like in the games a thing popped up infront of me saying, 'Yes No' and I said yes. The man whipped out a battered rod like a lightning flash and the gang backed away to the wall. Dalton muttered under his breath. I grabbed the rod and ran outside. Kristin followed, 'Hey! You know that we haven't healed our Pokemon yet!' Raichu walked off to the edge of the water with the Old Rod in its hand, and threw it in the water. Out came a Tentacool. Aloha said, 'Raichu is a champion fisher.' Tricia said, in her usual way of things, 'Oh, Raichu probably just got it from Jordan.' If you're new to the story, if you didn't know, we're all 11 and Tricia likes me. Then, Raichu kept fishing. We mostly got Magikarps. Which, of course, aren't magic. The man met up with us later and said, 'I invite you all to my house.' We all followed the man into his house, which was south, at the edge of Johto. It was a hut, sort of like Bill's sea cottage. That afternoon we had an early dinner, with lots of roasted magikarp. Tricia choked on hers every time she looked at me and gave me a smile. I sweatdropped(What you do when you're bothered). Then, it was nighttime. We all set out northwest to find the Union Caves.
