Title: the words that save me

These words are my haven.
They keep me from the rain.
These words are my heaven
they're here to keep me sane.
These words are singing to me
saying I'll be fine.
These words are the deliverance
when all I asked for was a sign.
I type this rushed and desperate
yet i try to think it out.
But even as the words flow
I feel I have to shout
at all the ones who caught me
in their tangled web
of corruption and the deciving,
hateful words they said.
But now I know theres a difference
between you and me.
You will always cling to those ways,
yet I shall now be free.
You will always depend on
the lies that you have told,
and the lives that you have ruined
will haunt you when you're old.
But then i will be standing
at your very own front door,
to help you see the light
so you will suffer no more.
