Title: Sacrifice in Motion
The time draws near,
I am feeling the fear.
The strain in the room,
Fills my loved ones with gloom.
I know you're coming to me,
Did you really think I could not see?
I know what you're thinking,
But powers I am linking.
With a force stronger than you,
Something that you cannot do.
For this power is good,
It will up root you from where you once stood
I hear the crunch of wood,
If I could stop it I would.
But instead I run,
I'm leading you my son.
From a world of darkened power,
I will not let myslef stand and cower.
For if I show weakness,
The dark will provide bleakness.
I feel the pain of a curse,
But what will happen to you is worse.
For my shield I have left behind,
Try as to dust you cannot grind.
It will desroy you before long,
The world will erupt in song.
Your hate and your malice,
You have taken your own poison from a chalice
Don't look for me because I am now dead,
But I will always be here inside your head.
When you feel alone,
Just remeber you're not on your own.
Fly my son to the lands of dreams,
Where our family was ripped from the seams.
If I had only known my love,
If I had only known.
