Ersatz,a word that you probably never knew existed and never knew what it meant but are about to find out after this comma,means something pretending to be something it isn't.For example,if you were staying on the top floor of 667 Dark Avenue,such as the Baudelaire orphans in the Ersatz Elevator,you would see an elevator...you think.This elevator should only be needed when going down.Unfortunately,this ersatz elevator actualy has an up button.I bet you are thinking what the heck!!!! Good because that it what you should be thinking.So now you know what ersatz means.I am out of room so TO BE CONTINUED.....
