Title: A trip to the dentist
Katie hated going to the dentist and when her mom got a call from them she didn't want to tell Katie the bad news!Katie came home from school,
"Hello dear"her mom said
"Hi "Katie said in a miserable voice
"what's wrong?"
"Well first of all I got to school and had p.e but I forgot my p.e kit.Then I lost my pencil case and then to top it all off Laura wasn't at school so I had to work on my own in d.t.
"Oh dear" her mom said,really worried at this point because her mom had some even more bad news to tell her!
"Oh well"Katie said,at least nothing else can go wrong!"
"Erm,Katie I hate to say this but you have to go to the dentist tomorow.
Katie stormed off upstaires and didn't come down till the next morning.
"Morning darling"said her mom
"what time do I have to go to the dentist"
"as soon as you get home from school"
"OH GREAT"she said and stormed off to school.
As soon as home time come her mom met her from school and they walked to the dentist together.
"Mom"said Katie "I'm really scared"
"Don't worry it's only a check up"
They got to the dentist and Katie went into the room. Her mom was waiting outside really nervous.Ten minutes went and Katie came out looking really happy.
"Mom"she said"I'm never going to be scared of the dentest again because it's not scary at all"
"oh darling I'm so happy"and they both walked home without a care in the world
