Emma soon couldn't stand it. She tiptoed down into the basement. She almost screamed about what she saw, there was a new stub where Legolas' pointer finger had been cut. 'L-L-Legolas? You O.K?' Emma said, stumbling over words. 'Fine' said Legolas through gritted teeth. Emma ran over and hugged him. She started to cry, her crying lulled her to sleep.
In the mornging, Legolas' finger was fully grown and he and Emma ran away again. They went back to the hotel where Gimli muttered 'DANG' under his breath and Aragorn was close to tears. 'Why didn't you rip them to pieces?' Gandalf said, showing a small smile. Legolas kicked the ground, 'those were her parents.' He barely whispered. He turned to Emma, 'Emma,' He said breathing deeply. 'You're not my sister.'
