BUTLER THE TALKING DOG

Chapter 7
Megan
"BJ, will you call Megan?" Brooke said. "You know how to,
don't you." "Well yes" "Well then call her." "No I’ll just go over to her house."
Brooke jogged over to Megan's house. She rang the doorbell, Ding Dong.
James, Megan's older brother opened the door. "Hi Brooke I’ll go get Megan for
you. Megan, Brooke's here!" He said loudly. "Okay be there in a second."
"Okay Brooke Megan will be there in a second." "Thanks James." Brooke said.
She wen’t into the backyard and saw Brandon sliding down the slide. "Oh hi
Brandon." She said like she said in an unhappy voice. "Hey Brooke, want to
play tag?" "Well only until Megan is ready." "Your it Brooke!" "Okay here I go,
one, two three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, ready or not here I come!
Now where can he be." First Broke looked in the sand box but he wasn’t there.
Brooke didn’t know that Brandon was in the fort. Then she started to swing.
Before she could find Brandon, Megan came outside. "Hey Brooke, what are
you doing." "Oh nothing." At that time Brandon came out of his hiding spot.
"Hey, I thought you were going to play tag with me!" "Well not any more!" "Your
mean Brooke." Then Brandon went rushing inside. "So what do you want to
play Brooke?" "Well, how about lets play with your dolls." "Great idea!" Megan
and Brooke went inside to get her baby dolls. A couple minutes later they
came outside with Megan's baby dolls. "Megan It’s time for Brooke to go home!"
Megan's mom announced. "Why?" Megan called back. "It’s time for Dinner."
"Okay" she said. "Okay by Brooke!" "By Megan!" So Megan left and ate dinner.
