BUTLER THE TALKING DOG

Chapter 8
The Game Show
The next day we woke up and saw Butler watching "Weird Talents Dogs Do. On
the show, there was a poodle that was balancing itself on a beach ball. "Hey
Butler what are you watching?" I asked "Oh hi, um I’m watching weird things
dogs do." Is it all right if we watch it with you Butler?" Dad asked. "Well the
show’s about over, there’s only one contestant left. The last contestant was a
Pitbull that barked jingle bells. "Oh yeah, Butler could sing jingle bells! Right
Butler!" "Yeah I could do all these talents on the show." Butler said. "Hey
Butler, where can you sign up to to be on the show?" "Let me think, oh yeah at
the dead end on Columbia Lane, why do you ask. "Well-" "Oh no you're not
getting me to get on the show." Dad looked back at the T.V. It said if you win
you get a trip to the Bahamas, a new car a new house and a million dollars!!!
"Hey Butler would you like a new car, a new house a trip to the Bahamas, and a
million dollars!" "Oh yeah definitely!" "Well then you better get on that show!"
"Oh okay I’ll be on the show." So they got in the car and drove to Columbia
Lane and stood in the line for one hour. Finally we were in the front of the line
and filled the application
