THE MAGIC GLOVE

Once upon a time there lived a little boy named Tim and in the same village there lived a beautiful princess named Rebecca. Tim also had a little brother named Sebastian. Today was Tim’s birthday and Sebastian gave Tim a baseball glove.
When Tim went out side to play with it Tim was very surprised when his brother threw the ball and the ball was going the wrong way. Suddenly it moved to the side and landed in the glove. Tim knew straight away that his glove was magic. The next day Tim had an idea. The princesses father King Philiep was sending out invitations to all the men in the village.
The invitations said that the man or boy who could catch the golden ball before it falls into the
pond would marry the princess. So the next day Tim set out for the castle with the magic glove on his hand.
Soon he got there. There were lots of other people there. When it was Tims turn the servant threw the ball. Tim put his hand out just as the ball was about to fall into the pond. It stopped and moved up and landed in the glove. The crowd was shocked. The king was delighted finally his daughter was getting married.
So the very next day a wedding was held at the castle and Tim and Rebeca were married and now Tim, his mother, his Father and his little brother were now the richest people in the village.
