Title: PART ONE, CHRISTMAS!
I got up one Christmas morning and looking out the window, I marveled at the beautiful landscape. The trees were shimmering with snow, the lawn was frosty and sparkling in the early sunlight. I ran downstairs and was greeted by my parents who had just got up and were waiting for me to get up as well. The Christmas tree and candles looked very cheery in the log cabin, even more with the hard oak floor. We had some cinnamon rolls in front of the fireplace. Than we exchanged presents and checked stockings. The first present I opened was a cute orange kitten named Oliver. We played with him for a while; the next present I opened was a miniature stocking with Oliver’s name on it and a catnip toy a food and water dish both with Oliver’s name on them and a wind-up mouse. The next present I opened was a shimmering black cloak. After playing with Oliver for about another hour than I tried on my new cloak, and my parents screamed and started running around! I asked them what on earth was the matter, they screamed “You’re head is flying around the room!” The cat started playing with the cloak, it fell off, and my parents stopped screaming. Apparently they thought that the cloak was ugly. I asked them again what was wrong. Same response. My head had been floating around the room, so naturally I fell over in laughter! *Part 2 coming to sites soon*
