Title: A tragic murder.

The residents of Godric's Hollow were sleeping and unawere. No-one heard the Potter's garden gate creak open. No-one heard a hooded figure point his wand and murmur'alohomora' at the Potters front door. James Potter saw Voldemort enter his front room. James Potter ran upstairs to Harry's room to alert his wife. James and Lilly Potter heard Voldemort enter the room. Lily Potter saw Voldemort say the words 'Adrava Kedrava' and her husband die. Harry Potter saw his mother grab him and run out the room. Voldemort followed them into the bathroom. Harry Potter felt his mother drop him on the floor. But Voldemort felt a searing pain go through him as his wand back fired reducing him to vapour. Rubeus Hagrid saw the ruins of the Potters House. Rubeus Hagrid took Harry as Sirus Black showed up. Sirus Black lent Hagrid his moterbike. Hagrid rode away.
