Title: Babble-on, if You Dare

My spell is called Babble-on. It is a simple spell, but yet complicated to
fix. If you have a 'miny me' that follows you everywhere and doesn't
keep quiet, then this is the spell for you. You can point your wand at the
person and say almost lacadaisically, 'Babble-on.' Imediately, the
person's mouth will snap shut and never open unless a complex spell is
performed. If you learn this spell, then perhaps you may want to know the
counter-spell. If so, it is 'conbabble.' This counter-spell's effect is having
the target's mouth fly open so they can continue conversing. You may need
that to keep yourself out of trouble and to avoid detension with Snape, but
the curse would be rather useful if you had some one like Colin Creevy
stalking you. Now, the question is, to babble or not to babble.
