Title: In this world I see people cry!

Ingredients:
a teardrop
your wand of course!
a cauldron of water
Liquids

Method:
In your cauldron of water, pour all your ingredients except for your wand. Take your ladle and stir, stir, stir! After stirring for fifteen minutes, take all of your output into a huge bowl and take it out to the world. Whenever you see someone crying or looking unhappy, dip your wand lightly in the bowl, then raising your wand high, chant, 'This is my plea to you! Don't deny! In this world I see people cry. Make them happy! Oh, please do!' Then gently tap the unhappy person on the shoulder and they will start smiling!
