Title: Letterbox Penguin
My name is Kate Bulling and yesterday I met a penguin who was in my letterbox.
I was very surprised because I have a normal, boring letterbox. The reason I was most surprised is because while I was standing there with my mouth hanging open the penguin hopped out of my letterbox, dusted his sleek black wings off and spoke to me!
He said in a formal voice "hello young lady. I have a few things I would like to say to you."
I took him up to my bedroom and placed him on my bed. He made hiself comfortable then began to speak."My name is Horace Henry Edgar The 3rd. I am a descendant of a long line of brave penguins but I have decided to broaden my horizens by travelling around the world. Your letterbox is my first stop and I am somewhat disappointed by it. Here is a list of things you cuuld do to improve it. I stared at the list which included things like 'wash daily' 'Ban mail' and other ridiculous things.
Just then Mum came in and saw the penguin. "we will have to take him to the zoo!" she said.
I sat there and wondered what the zoo would do with Horace Henry Edgar the 3rd!
