Title: Bromtwi
Bromtwi is a Transfiguration spell. All you do is take a feather quill (with ink on it) stick it in front of you point your wand at it say 'brom..' (drag it out) thrust your wand in the air and say '...twi' the feather quill will turn into a broom. It only lasts for 30 minutes. The better the spell is done the better the broom will be.
