Title: The Book of Stories
Once there lived a little girl that loved to read. For Christmas she was given a book of wonderful stories. That night, as she slept, the book suddenly opened and a light shone from inside. She awoke and touched the book and was pulled inside.
She went into a beautiful forest and made a wonderful friend, a squirrel named Mrs. Brown. They had a great time but now the girl had to go to a different story. A story filled with a stream and beautiful butterflies. She went to the stream and went swimming. Suddenly, she was pulled underwater by a huge evil fish. The fish showed her to his family. That night, while the fish family was sleeping, she escaped and swam up to the shore. She ran and ran and finally she saw the place that she was looking for, the place with all the butterflies. She slept there until morning.
In the morning, she ran and ran and, soon enough, she ran right out of the book and jumped out into her own bed. She told her whole family about her adventures. And that night, she looked into the book and she saw the butterflies. But she only admired them as a reader, not as a person in the story.
