You say the magic words and then the person repeats what they said. You say the magic words and then the person repeats what they said. Thats good for people with hearing problems...
For example...
Harry was walking into the Griffindor common room when Ron came past.
'Harry! He said fast, 'We're late for potions class!!'
Harry muttered the words, 'Reapotus! (or latin for repeat)' and Ron began repeating what he said.
