Title: When Darkness Reveals
Me and couple of friend were so excited because we were going on a school trip to the woods. Now this trip was supposed to be safe so we really didn't have anything to worry about. Things like bears, killers, or any other animals. When we arrived at the camp site the monitors gave us a long drawn out speech on how to stay safe in the woods. This information was going in one ear and out of the other. I can imagine that I wasn't the only one who was bored. Finally this dumb lecture was over with! 'THANK GOD!', I protested. They put us in groups of 5. Only 3 of the members in my group were friends, so that left out poor Joshy. (He was a geek, so nobody really likes him) He kept going on and on about how we should have listened to the monitors safety tips instead of just ignoring him completly. He was getting on my nerves, so me and my friends decided we would give him a scare. We spotted a cave near by. That was IT! We would use the cave to play a trick on Poor Joshy The Geek. After planning our trick I anounced loudly Lets play Hide_And_Go_Seek!!! Everyone yelled 'NOT IT'. Joshy wasn't into these kind of games so he didn't realize what we were talking about. 'What do you mean 'NOT IT'?' Asked Joshy. I guess you are the seeker Joshy. That means you have to go off by your self and look for us! And if u don't find us you will be haunted 4 life. OKay....uhh.. I guess i get it.... But please guys don't hide in the Dark creepy cave. Because I'm scared of the dark! But little did he know that was where we were going to hide! So we intructed him to go behind a tree with his eyes closed and count to about 100. As soon as he gave the signal we began running right toward the cave. The cave really was dark and CREEPY, Now I could see why joshy didn't want us hiding in this cave. There were the signs saying DANGER and BEWARE, but my friends and I guessed that they were just for fun, to give campers a scare. We all hid in the cave. When josh finished counting he looked everywhere for us but didn't find us. He looked everywhere but the cave. He knew that was where we hid when he saw the foot prints leading into the cave. Joshy was so scared that he decided not to look for us and that we would rather be cursed instead of walking in to that dark CREEPY cave. Well HORRAY for joshy, after that we were never found again. I guess being smart wasn't bad after all, because Joshy had listened to the monitors. He heard the monitors tell about how the caves were haunted!
