Title: The Remote Control
I was going swimming in my grandmother's pool. It started getting cold so I went inside. When I was inside, I got dressed and went to my grandmother's
room to watch T.V. I turned on Nickelodeon and was happy to find that Rugrats was on.
A few minutes later, I saw a button on the remote control that wasn't there before. I became very curios so I pressed the button. The next thing I knew all the babies in Rugrats popped out of the screen and in my grandmother's house!
My grandmother no idea what was happening. In fact, she was still cooking lunch while I was trying to figure out what to do.
In ten minutes, I was going to be picked up by my mother so I had to do something fast, really fast!
The Rugrats started to play catch with Tomie's birthday teddy bear. I told them to stop, but then they started to cry. My grandmother heard the commotion. She started to walk near the babies!
Luckily, I remembered how I got them to that room. I again pressed the mystical button. Maybe if I pressed it, it would make the babies go back? I pressed the button as fast as I could. It worked! It made them go back! The room bacame silent after the babies left.
When my grandmother came, she asked me if I was ready to go home? I said, "Yes."
That night I didn't tell anyone what happened. I wanted to keep this adventure a secret. Now that I told you, I hope that my secret is still safe.
