Chapter 8
"Wwwwhat are you going to do to me! !" I cried, tears streamed down my cheeks.
"Come on Amy, let's go in and find what we're looking for!"
"Yeah see ya Jesse!" said Amy spitting on my face.
They walked off into the farmer's house. I never have been more terrified in my life!

"Shaun do you know where Jesse is, I want to apologise to her for being horrible?"
"I thought you knew where she was, she's been missing the whole of dinner time!!"
"I don't have any idea!"
"Hey" said Erika "Are you guys looking for Jesse?"
"Yeah have you seen her!!"
"No but she went with Amy and Jackie somewhere this morning!"
"Thanks Erika!, come on Alex we have to find her!!"

"Jackie, what are we looking for?"
"The farmer's gun!"
"WHAT YOU WANT TO KILL HER!"
"She let our secret go, and besides I spoke to Jenny, remember Jenny our ring-leader, and she said she'd meet us here and we have to kill her, we can't have everyone find out!"
"But Jackie, that's murder!!"
"I know!" she gave Amy the most horrifying look Amy had ever seen.
"So, there you guys are!"
It was Jenny the ring-leader, she was 15 and Jackie looked up to her.
"Hi Jenny, she's tied up round the big old tree outside!"
"Good got the gun?"
"Yep!"
They all walked outside to where Jesse was.
"What are you going to do with that?" I asked trembling all over.
"We're going to shoot you!"
"Aggghhh! Get away from me now!!!"
"STOP IT JENNY GET AWAY FROM HER!" Amy jumped in her way.
"You are a foolish girl Amy!" said Jenny, "now you both die."
"CRACK!"
The pistol shot, all I can remember was blacking out. I woke up about 15 minutes later, to find a burning pain in my right rib.
"I looked down at the floor, there was a gun lying there and…and
"OH MY GOD, IT'S AMY!"
Amy was lying on the grass with blood streaming from her rib and left leg.
I bent down, feeling loose ropes draping from me.
"HEEEEEELLLLLLLPPPPPPP!" I screamed.
"Shaun what's that?"
"What's what?!"
"DIDN'T YOU HEAR IT, SOMEONES SCREAMING!"
"LOOK OVER THERE!"
"It's Jesse!!!!!!!"
Alex rushed over to Jesse, Shaun ran after her.
"JESSE WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU!"
"Jackie shot me, she has an older girl with her, I don't think the bullet got too deep. Bu-but OHHHHHHH!"
"SHAUN LOOK AT AMY"
"OH MY LORD!"
"Shaun, run and get an ambulance, Jesse wait here with Amy, I'm going to get a teacher!"
"OK h-hurry Alex!"
"I'LL BE RIGHT BACK!"
