Title: Oddish, a tale of friendship
I sat there in the car comming up to the store. they were selling pokemon! I was excited untill I heard what they costed. I bought an Oddish. The people who were selling them looked strange as if they werent good people, you could tell it in thier eyes. I left with it but when I did, a giant Arcanine grabbed my Oddish and 2 shady characters ran off with it. They had that same look in thier eyes. I never got to know Oddish... I fell on my knees and tears rolled down my cheeks, it was as if someone died whom ive known forever. I sadly walked home. I was to be going on a trip to stay at cousin July's. She had no pokemon but her brother William did. He had a poliwhirl. when I got there I had a great time. Most of the day I would admire poliwhirl and how it got along with William. I asked William if he had any other pokemon. He said he had one, but he always thought of giving it to someone. He told me of how hes year only kept it as a pet. He had found it as an egg a year ago and just waited for someone to want it but no one thought of it as cool enough. He asked if I wanted it, seeing as how I had no pokemon. I enthusiastically accepted. He opened a big drawer and there, sleeping cozily was a young Oddish, It opened its dazzling eyes and it looked in wonder as did I. We knew from the bottom of our hearts it was ment to be. A tear rolled down my cheek, for I thought I would never have another chance to get a pokemon. I picked it up and I was happy. It had no pokeball but I would soon find it one. That gift ment so much to me I hugged my cousin for an eternity. That day I left with Oddish, As we said our goodbye's Oddish smiled at me. It was so content. Everything felt right and it was as if everytime we gazed in eachothers eyes, the world was at peace. The story for us had only begun.
