Strike
“Strike” by Christine Harris a good book.
When I started reading the book “Strike” I didn’t think it was worth reading. But when I got through the first chapter I started to enjoy it. In just a few days I was nearly in the middle. I could hear the people talking in my head and it had a great build up, as something was about to happen. My favourite part of the book was when George and Frank go down to the wharf and hide behind the woodpile.
The Characters
Frank and George were both funny and exciting and Georges Mother and sister both have great personalties. In the book Christine Harris didn’t describe what the characters looked like.
There was a good ending, which finished the book off in a way that pulled it all together. Over all I would give it 7 out of 10.
