Title: Episode 83: Escaping the Sharks
“I’ve been expecting you,” it said, glaring at us. We didn’t know the pokémon, but we recognized it clearly. It was the shark, and behind were TWENTY other sharks, all drooling. “This time you won’t get away now!” They started chasing us, and we ran as fast as we could, but the head shark was way too fast. It sped quickly in front of us, and put a sturdy twig in front of us, and we all tripped onto the grass. The other sharks slowly made a tight circle around us, and there wasn’t a way we could get out quick enough. Then, something happened, probably caused by Leva, made us sort of invisible so we could go right through the terrible sharks. We ran until we reached a cliff that led directly down to the ocean area. The invisibility thing wore off, and we could escape by going in the bushes, or otherwise jump down the cliff and approach the ocean. We decided that jumping off the cliff wasn’t safe, and the sharks can go faster by water anyway, so without thinking, we ran into the bushes in separate directions, and the sharks, which were running so fast, couldn’t stop and tumbled down into the ocean. There was one, however, that didn’t fall for the trick and followed the path Kristin and I was following. At our size, we couldn’t really run that fast, but there was another thing we could do, but it can be risky. A narrow path was ahead, and a lot of twigs were hanging out of the cliff. I jumped and reached one, and kept jumping until I was almost to the top. The shark sort of forgot about Kristin, and tried to leap on me. He jumped right on a twig, but it broke easily, sending it right back down to the ground. While it was going to attempt to try again, I saw Kristin, but the view was extremely unclear. She was still running, but not very fast, and seemed to be heading towards that mountain in the distance, that MissingNo Mountain. Looking at Aloha and Meula’s path, the path also led to that same mountain. It appears that these mountains surrounded all the pokémon cities, and the part I was in was the only opening to the ocean. That shark jumped again, but landed on an area with no twigs, and bounced off the rocks. It was heading towards the ocean, falling down like a rock. On the top of the cliff, I could see Kristin on her Articuno, flying towards the mountain. Meula was riding on her Mew, with Aloha on it too. I couldn’t get there by foot, so I called out EvilCelebi, and we gently floated there.
